Order approval
The receipt of an email confirmation for an order does not automatically mean that Lighting Outlet accepts the order and does not constitute a commitment to sell the listed products. Lighting Outlet reserves the right, without prior notice, to refuse to do business with a customer and/or to set quantity limits for any item in an order. At any time, Lighting Outlet may require verification of personal or credit card information before accepting any order. We reserve the right to cancel an order (including an accepted order) if the price or critical website information is inaccurate. If we cancel your order, you will be notified that the order has been canceled and refunded according to the original payment method.
Out of stock product
Lighting Outlet does not guarantee the availability of products offered on the website. These are clearance items, and inventory turnover may result in shortages depending on demand. Lighting Outlet is committed to maintaining regular and close communication with suppliers to keep quantities up to date. If an ordered product is no longer available, Lighting Outlet will notify you as quickly as possible and proceed with the cancellation and refund of your order using the original payment method. Lighting Outlet will not be responsible for any damages you may incur due to inventory shortages.

Defective or damaged product
Upon receiving your merchandise, you have 14 days to contact customer service to report a damaged or defective product. A defective or damaged product is not an exception to our return policy. Lighting Outlet will not be held liable for any damages you may incur as a result of a defective or damaged item.
Defective Part: Following your detailed email to info@lightingoutlet.ca the replacement part will be shipped to you at no cost.
Non-Repairable Product: Following your detailed email to info@lightingoutlet.ca we will contact the supplier to initiate the exchange process. We will explain all the details to you afterward. The replacement fixture will be shipped to you at no cost.
All our products come with a one-year warranty or more, as specified in the product details. In the event of an issue, we will honor this warranty by exchanging the affected item. If the product is discontinued, we will issue a credit equivalent to the amount paid, redeemable for another model on Lighting Outlet.
Final sale
All items on lightingoutlet.ca are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges will be granted for products purchased from our website luminairearabais.ca. The items displayed on the site are CLEARANCE products sold until stocks run out. This is why we can offer you exceptional discounts.
Shipping tracking number
As soon as we receive your order from the supplier within the indicated timeframe, we will proceed with shipping from our warehouse in Laval (QC). Lighting Outlet will provide you with a tracking number via email corresponding to the carrier handling the delivery. You can track your package using this tracking number on the carrier's website.
